Residential

Typically, we have the oil changed in our automobiles every 3,000 to 5,000 miles. We have a physical exam every year to help prevent potential health problems. However, the one thing that we tend to ignore is the safety of our indoor air quality at home.

Your home is the single largest financial investment. It is your comfort zone and you would do anything possible to make it a safe and healthy environment for your family. But, how do you know if the indoor environment is safe? By completing an interior environmental evaluation of your property through Green Check. Our effective and patented process will answer this very important question. Our main focus is to supply our clients with a complete environmental evaluation of the indoor air quality. Some of the contaminates are bacteria, carbon monoxide, viruses, allergens, pesticides, and fungi (mold). Included are additional air pollutants that may also be detrimental to anyone entering your home. These invisible health hazards can cause asthma attacks, headaches, fatigue, nausea, loss of appetite and many other major life threatening health issues.

Recent studies show that nearly 85% of people in the United States have adverse reactions to indoor air pollutants. Also, nearly 80% of all homes in the United States have some form of indoor environmental pollutants. It should be understood that most environmental issues are not mold related and therefore may be handled in an effective manner. Our advisory board is made up of the most qualified microbiologists, clinical scientists, and air hygienists.

Along with experience, Green Check has patented and patent pending technology to help resolve your indoor air quality issues that may be detrimental to the health of your family and freinds.

  • Temperature & Relative Humidity Extremes – Improper placement of thermostats, poor relative humidity control, inability of building to compensate for climate extremes and occupant-added furniture & processes.
